Refund Policy

All sales are final
License keys for the Inno Streaming Add-on for AWS S3 are delivered promptly after purchase and are verified offline — once issued, a key cannot be remotely revoked. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as set out below.
By completing a purchase, you request immediate delivery of digital content and — to the extent permitted by applicable law — acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal lapses once the license key is issued.
Exceptions
We will refund a purchase where:
- Mandatory consumer law applies. If you purchase as a consumer in a jurisdiction whose consumer-protection law grants a non-waivable right of withdrawal or refund (for example, certain EU/UK or Korean consumer rights), nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
- Billing errors occur. Duplicate charges, double purchases, or amounts charged in error are refunded in full.
- We fail to deliver. If you do not receive a working license key for a Licensed AWS Account and we cannot remedy this within 7 days of your report, you receive a full refund.
Subscriptions and renewals
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date via the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us — cancellation stops future charges.
- Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current paid term; your license remains valid until the term ends.
- Renewal charges are not refundable once the renewal-term license key has been issued, except under the exceptions above. To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel before the renewal date.
How to raise a billing issue
- Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout, with your Paddle order number.
- Eligible refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method (typically 5–10 business days).
- Upon any refund, the corresponding license key is deemed revoked and you must uninstall the Software and delete all copies, per the Terms of Service & EULA.
