Refund Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Ask for an evaluation licence before you commit.
This is not a small purchase, and we would rather you prove it works on your own data than find out afterwards that your data is not shaped the way the product expects. Tell us about your environment and we will issue an evaluation licence. The refund below exists for the cases that still slip through.
1. 14-day refund
If the licensed features do not work for you, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the request.
Refunds are issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Paddle normally completes this within a few business days; your bank may take longer to show it.
2. How to request one
Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout, or use the receipt link Paddle sent you. Please include your order number. Telling us what went wrong is optional but genuinely helps us fix it.
If the problem is something we can fix — a key issued against the wrong deployment identifier, an environment we have not seen before, a data shape we do not yet parse — say so first. We would rather solve it than take the refund, and asking does not use up your 14 days.
3. Renewals
- Cancel any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; the licence keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If a renewal charges you unexpectedly, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund that renewal.
- We do not pro-rate a partially used term outside the situations above.
4. What is not refunded
- Requests made more than 14 days after the charge, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you a longer right.
- Charges billed to you by a third party — Splunk or a cloud provider. Those are not ours to refund. See Terms §5.
- Purchases where the licence has been shared, resold, or the licensing has been circumvented.
5. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence — including, for consumers in the Republic of Korea, rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and for consumers in the EU/UK, the statutory withdrawal right. Where those rights are broader than this policy, they apply.
